Altabank App Redesign
I utilize Altabank for my banking needs. While Altabank provides a great financial service, I do not like the aesthetics, and some aspects of the user experience, so I set out to update the app, as I’d like it to appear and function.

Why the Altabank App?
While I love the service the Altabank app offers, the aesthetics bother me every single time I log in. I hadn’t really done too much poking around the app, but for this project I did, and found a couple usability issues, as well.
Problem
The Altabank app is not aesthetically appealing, and has some user experience issues that need to be addressed.
Goal
Update the color scheme to one that’s more welcoming than that of the current bright blue. Update any user experience issues. Utilize Utah’s beautiful surroundings, since Altabank is a Utah-based bank.
Altabank User Flow
I don’t think financial apps typically pose any questions wherein the user must designate which route to choose. In this scenario, I simply showed the app asking the user to designate whether the facial recognition should always be turned on, or off, then showed the subsequent path for either decision.
